Seeb Group
The Seeb family group, which comprises 5 companies and is a major player in the industrial world with more than 90 years' experience in machining, the manufacture of special machines, robotics and automation, has called on Oxigen to help it take over Collet & Amblard (Groupe Mécapole), which has been placed in receivership in February 2023 following its financial weakening. The Oxigen team, in partnership with the legal consultancy Bes Sauvaigo & Associés, helped the Seeb Group define its buyout strategy and the terms and conditions of the bid.
