Stéphan BeraudPartner and Founder

After successfully completing studies in both law and finance, graduating with post-graduate degrees in Business Law (DEA) and Business Valuation and Transfer (DESS), Stéphan began his career in the restructuring departments of the consultancies Mazars and Deloitte.

He established Oxigen in 2007, and mainly works on economic and financial diagnoses, crisis management, and complex transaction process assignments.

Jean-Philippe AngelierPartner

After successfully completing his studies at MSG Finance and IAE Lyon, graduating with a post-graduate degree (DESS) in business analysis, Jean Philippe began his career in management control, first at international groups, then at Deloitte Consulting and INEUM Consulting (project management, and organisation and change management consulting)

He joined Oxigen in 2008. He mainly works on diagnoses and strengthening of finance department functions.
